
We feel one of the clearest and most interesting ways to learn about the chocolate bars we carry is by geography. Much like wine, a key factor impacting the flavor of artisan chocolate is the origin of the cacao. By spotlighting these origins, we hope to also spark your interest in discovering the historical and cultural role of cacao in each region, and the issues impacting its farming and production. Our bars are organized into the following cacao-growing regions: Africa, Ecuador, Madagascar, Venezuela, Carribean & North America, Central & South America, Southeast Asia and Blends.
