Returns
We accept returns of non-perishable merchandise
within 15 days of delivery of your order. You are responsible for shipping
charges to return the item, and it must arrive back at Chocolopolis
in perfect condition. We do not accept returns of chocolate.
If you are not happy about what you received,
please call us at (206) 282-0776. We want to know about it, and we want
an opportunity to make you happy.
When sending a return, please include your name, billing address, e-mail, phone number and a reason for the
return on a sheet of paper inside the return box so we can properly
issue a credit. We will need your phone number to confirm your credit
card number for a refund.
